Dark Door Spirited Dinner 6/7/2022

Tampa Bay Distillery Dark Door Spirits has collaborated with our very own Lead Bartender Laura Robaina and Chef David Canady to bring you an experience like no other. 5 courses of eclectically paired dishes and cocktails to highlight the craft of each flavor Dark Door offers.  Please join us and find out what we've been working on behind these doors...

Courses:

I.Smoked pineapple “ham” with shaved ham served in chicharone paired with Aperitif Tropicale: Dark Door Tropicale Amaro, Grilled pineapple syrup,  Carbonated Coconut water

II.Ramp and green pea salad parm fat espuma with shaved asparagus, watermelon radish and tarragon paired with IPA Old Fashioned: Dark Door Spirit of IPA, Citra Pale Ale reduction, Citra hop Syrup, Vanilla Bitters

III.Pistachio and ligurian pesto pasta served with blanched potato, lemon oil, green beans, grana padano paired with Lady Lavender: Dark Door Spirit of Prohibition Gin, fresh lemon, Honey-Ginger syrup, Egg white, bitters

IV.Lavender and juniper scented duck breast with orange sauce and stone fruit paired with Budding Romance (Smoked Rum Cocktail): Dark Door Smoked Rum, Pistachio-Rose water Orgeat, Lime, fresh Pineapple

V.Hot Buttered Smoked Rum Raisin Ice Cream (Chef and Laura dessert collab): Nitro Ice Cream topped with raisin infused Dark Door Smoked Rum and a rum raisin caramel.
